Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: August 1, 2026

PaceGuard stores advertising account data (account and campaign structure, budgets, and spend metrics) only to provide the budget-management features described in our Privacy Policy. You can remove our access and have that data deleted at any time, using either of the methods below.

Option 1 — Disconnect inside PaceGuard

  1. Sign in to your PaceGuard workspace.
  2. Go to Integrations and locate the platform connection (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads) you want to remove.
  3. Disconnect it. This immediately revokes and deletes the stored OAuth tokens.

After disconnecting, the advertising data previously synced from that connection is permanently purged by a scheduled job after a short grace period — currently 10 days — which exists only so an accidental disconnect can be undone. Deletion completes within 30 days in all cases, including from backups on their normal rotation.

Option 2 — Revoke access from the platform

Removing PaceGuard's access on the platform side has the same effect — we can no longer read your data, and stored tokens become invalid:

If you revoke access on the platform side, also email us (below) so we delete the data already synced to PaceGuard.

Option 3 — Email us

Send a deletion request to hi@brandlypro.comfrom the email address associated with your PaceGuard account. Tell us whether you want a specific connection's data deleted or your entire workspace removed. We will confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • OAuth access and refresh tokens for the disconnected accounts (immediately).
  • Synced account and campaign structure, budgets, and spend/metric history for those accounts (purged after the 10-day grace period, within 30 days in all cases).
  • On full workspace deletion: your user profile, alert settings, and all configuration data.

We may retain minimal records where required by law (for example, billing records), but never advertising account data.
