Guardian, not optimizer
Your clients’ ad spend stops where you said it would.
PaceGuard watches spend across every connected Google Ads and Meta account, tells you which client is burning ahead of plan, and pauses campaigns the moment a budget cap is reached. It never touches bids, budgets, or creatives.
21% ahead of pace. Two rules armed on this account, nothing paused yet — you have twelve days to spend the remaining ₹1,28,800.
One instrument, three readings
Every account, campaign, and client plan is read the same way: money spent, money the plan expected by today, and the cap you set. What PaceGuard does next depends only on which of the three the account is in.
Spend is tracking the plan. PaceGuard stays quiet — no email, no Slack message, no action. Pacing is on the dashboard when you want it, not in your inbox when you don't.
The account will exhaust its budget before the flight ends. PaceGuard alerts the people assigned to that client, once per band per period — it does not re-send the same warning every fifteen minutes, and it does not quietly lower your bids to fix it.
PaceGuard pauses the campaigns covered by that cap and records what it paused, when, and which rule fired. When the next period opens it re-enables only the campaigns it paused itself — if someone on your team paused one by hand, it stays paused.
What PaceGuard does with your ad accounts
You connect an advertising account through that platform’s own sign-in screen, and you can disconnect it from the Integrations page at any time.
- Connects to
- Google Ads and Meta today, including manager (MCC) accounts. Microsoft Advertising, TikTok, and LinkedIn are next.
- Reads
- Account structure — campaigns, ad groups, ads — and daily spend, clicks, and conversions, so it can compare spend against your budgets.
- Writes
- Campaign status only: pausing when a cap you configured is reached, and re-enabling in the next period. Nothing else is ever written back.
- Never touches
- Bids, budget amounts, audiences, creatives, or targeting. Advertising data is never sold, shared, or used to train models.
